Planning Board meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, all required materials for Planning Board review must be received 10 calendar days in advance of the next meeting date, generally the Monday of the week prior.
Building permits are required for any structure that is over 200 square feet in size or structures under 200 square feet that are attached to a larger permanent structure.
